Who we are

Hi, I’m Caroline, founder of Create & Contain Organizing.

As a Houstonian, born and raised, organizing has always come naturally to me. Creating calm and order in busy spaces is how my mind works.

After my daughter was born, I knew I wanted to build a career that was both meaningful and intentional. I didn’t want to return to a traditional 9-to-5 — I wanted to create something I was proud of while still being present for my family. That decision led me to pursue professional organizing.

My journey began working at The Container Store, where I was introduced to the professional side of organizing and learned how thoughtful systems can truly transform a home.

Growing up in a big family with five siblings taught me how overwhelming a busy home can feel — but it also showed me how simple systems can be.

Today, through Create & Contain Organizing, I help families simplify their homes and create spaces that support their daily lives.

Because when your home works for you, everything else feels easier.
